Apr. 24, 2017: Monday

Welcome back to another week of school. We are now in the last week of April (wow, time flies). It was nice to have to rain and make everything a beautiful green again.

This morning we began with Assembly, and then Reading. The students were introduced to a new story in Journeys called, "Jump!" They discussed the new vocabulary words and read part of the story.

In Math, we identified and compared lines, line segments, rays and angles.

During Social Studies the students distinguished between consumers and producers.

Science and ECA was time to practice the Invention Convention speeches with each other, and then to the class. They also got to make any final touch ups on the display and in their booklet.
