- Language Arts/Reading - The students edited and revised their personal narratives, made sentences with singular possessive nouns, made singular nouns into plural nouns, and listened to one more chapter of the Wizard of Oz
- Math - the students practiced their map and addition skills in a unit project. They had to plan a vacation around Taiwan and total up how many kilometers the trip would be.
- Social Studies - described the cause and effect of a growing population can have on a town, city, or earth. The students also gave ways that people can affect and protect the environment.
- Science - we went to the computer room to do some research on plant life cycles. The students are working in groups of two to choose a plant and research information needed to make a life cycle poster of that plant. They completed the research and began their poster plan.
