Oct. 6, 2016: Thursday

Great job working very hard so far this week, students!  One more day, then you can give your brain a few days to relax from writing exams. 

This morning we began Language/Reading class with:

- following a checklist to ensure the personal narratives are completed

- reviewing the Cafe menu

- replacing nouns with exact nouns

In Social Studies class, the students got to play Jeopardy!  It was a fun way to review the material for the final exam. 

 

For Math, we played some review games, completed another addition interactive notebook activity, and then we used some time to review some concepts in Science.

HOMEWORK:

1) Social Studies p. 77

2) Reading Log

3) Study for the Health exam and Spelling test

NOTICES:

- just a reminder that Monday is a holiday

- next Tuesday and Wednesday are half-days. The students will write 2 exams in the morning, and they will be dismissed at 11:45am. There will not be lunch service on those two days.
