It was a beautiful day to kick off the weekend!
The student's brains began working with the spelling test to start the morning. We followed that with Listen to Reading as I read another chapter from our novel study of The Wizard of Oz.
The students compared amounts of money and found equivalent amounts using different coins.
In Science, the unit exam was introduced to the students. They will be working with a partner to design and build a tower made of only straws and tape. This tower will have to hold some books. The students made their tower plans and they will begin building the tower on Monday.
